We may be a good fit if...
- You are ready for a transformation.
- You are committed to therapy weekly or every other week for at least 8 sessions.
- You can self-pay (reimbursement from insurance would be the cherry on top).
- Reside in Texas (for telehealth) or within a comfortable driving distance from my office in Houston's Montrose area.
- Can attend sessions Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday between 11-6 pm.
- Willing to download Zoom to conduct virtual sessions.
- Open to therapy approaches that bring you into your body.
- You have past experience with a therapist or believe that therapy can be beneficial to you.
- If you are in recovery, feel stable in your current recovery from addiction.
I may not be a good fit if...
- You are struggling with active substance use or dependency on destructive behaviors that are preventing you from functioning in your day-to-day.
- You have been suicidal, and/or have been recently hospitalized.
- You do not feel physically safe in your current relationship.
I believe in staying in my lane and working in my area of competency and being transparent about what is outside of my scope of practice. If you are experiencing any of the criteria above, I have rockstar colleagues who have loads of specialized training in these areas that I’d like to introduce you to.
